Stock Availability
We aim to have stock available at all times. However, if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you by email within 24 hours. You can then change/cancel your order, wait for delivery (we will give you an estimated delivery date). Payment is not taken until day of despatch.

For overseas orders, P&P will be charged at cost, please contact us for further details
Returns Policy
You may return unwanted products within 6 weeks of purchase. They must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Please send us your receipts and a short letter, stating your order reference, name and address. We will refund the purchase price (excluding P&P), to the same credit/debit card the goods were bought with. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage, free from the post office, for your own benefit.
Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then Jenpro will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
